About me/How you come in painting/art field
I started drawing at the age of 3. Since that time I have drawn in my spare time and that is the main reason why I turned this into my career. I have been self employed since 2004. Most people think I am a fan artist but I rather think of it as a great inspiration to draw Original Characters. The most inspirational are books, fanfiction and games.
I always draw what inspires me. Inspiration is depth! Drawing is kind of a need. A way to relax. And an expression of the soul.

“An artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures.” (Henry Ward Beecher)
“Without atmosphere a painting is nothing.” (Rembrandt)

A message for newer designers/artists

My personal opinion is, that beginners should draw because of passion first. Passion leads to ambition, and ambition is something, what never lets you give up on yourself, no matter, how good or skilled other persons are in comparison to yourself. Always orientate on artists, who are better than you, not worse.Don’t give up on yourself. Go your own tempo in drawing, don’t compare to others on this way. And never forget the first thing…. the passion and the fun. Because without passion you will not be able to create an artwork with atmosphere, what you will love in the end. And it is not only the result, that counts …it is also the way to go!
