About yourself

I am a Freelancer, Illustrator, Comic Artist and work Full time as Graphic Designer at a fashion company. I love to tell fictional stories via comics or sometimes I write them as short story (I am not a good writer whatsoever). Generally, I enjoy reading, collecting artbooks and comic and sometimes i enjoy making fancy food.
I was initially self taught in terms of arts but I went ahead and applied to art colleges to improve my skills.

How much time you spend in a week

I try to draw everyday as much as I can. but since I work full time at the moment it’s hard to find time to work on my drawings as much as I would like to. Currently I’d say I spend around 20hours a week on my drawings :)

Tools of work

2D illustrations, Comic Art, 3D modeling, Culinary arts. I mainly work on Photoshop. I love drawing digitally.
However, I love to draw in my sketchbooks too so I do use basic traditional drawing tools too often. I also experiment with watercolor paintings if I get the time too.

Do you have qualified degree in relevant field?

Yes I do.
I have studied BA(Hons) in Game Art Development :)

What you do other activities in daily life

I love playing games, usually league of legends. I read comics or fictional books. I cook when I get the time to, and I have pet cats that are pure fun and joy in my life right now, doing my pretend talk shows (where I am the famous one :P), trying to animate, collecting stationery :D

Currently are you working with any company or freelancing

Yes I am working as a Graphic Designer for a Fashion comapny Aria the Label.

A message for newer designers/artists

Urm, if I get to give an advice to any aspiring young artists out there then I have this to say, if you want art to be your career then go for it. Don’t let people decide what you should do for living. I have had people tell me that I am a good for nothing failure and art will not feed me. People are not responsible for your future and life, you are. So go ahead and ace what you love to do, and dont be shy to do it.
My mom once said this to me, if you want to be a cobbler be a cobbler, but dont just be any cobbler be the best the world has ever seen. So yea. Be passionate about what you want it life :)
